


So I uninstalled G Hub and tried a fresh install, but… my computer froze. It did so while my headset was muted, and you can’t unmute the headset using the button on the headset without the G Hub software. Recently, a G Hub update failed for me, resulting in the application becoming unusable. If asked to overwrite the file, say ‘yes’. Uninstall G HUB and then copy the file back to the same file location.

(If you want to backup the settings and/or their profiles, copy the settings.json/settings.db to a different location on the computer. Make sure to backup your G Hub settings and profiles file. Reinstall GHub with the following instructions and check if this helps:
