I've verified the keyboards work find on other systems.tried various BIOS settings, but I don't any options for IRQ settings.did system restore to a point from a few days before the print problem, same issue.tried uninstalling all USB root hubs and all other USB devices from device manager (everything disconnected).I could use other eyes on this issue to see what I'm missing.

Tried intellipoint driverįrom MS for the specific keyboard/mouse meant for win 7 64 bit, Device manager still says "no driver found (code 28) no driver selected for device info set or element"Īt this point I've tried a variety of things, to no improvement. Go back to the wireless MS keyboard/mouse, now even that driver isn't loaded either. Manufacturer, cannot be installed due to compatibility issues, tried installing in compatibility (XP) mode, still compatibility issues. It comes back saying driver not found. Device manager shows exclamation and "USB Compliant Keyboard" but still cannot get it to load a driver. Tried uninstalling, updating driver, etc. When I plug in the USB keyboard to any of the same port I get message saying driver being searched for, then When the mouse is plugged into any of the 8 USB ports I have, windows recognizes and says driver installed, mouse happy. So I get a USB wired keyboard and mouse set, very basic. Keyboard DOES work in Bios but not in Safe Mode. Changed batteries, reset channel, uninstalled from device manager, reboot, etc. I shut down computer, boot back up, and find I have mouseĬontrol but no keyboard.
